SEIC (SaddleBrooke External Affairs and Information Commission) is a joint HOA #1/#2 Commission created to help our community better understand those issues, developments and actions in our external environment that could potentially impact SaddleBrooke – either positively or negatively.
The Commission gathers information, monitors trends, and reports to the community about significant developments relating to:►Commercial and residential land development
►Issues that could impact our community, including water, sewer, roads, utilities, fire, safety and security, zoning, health, recreation, and education.
►Legislative activity on local, state and federal levels.
